Customer Service / Dispatch File pull-down menu
This pull-down menu contains all of the various configuration and maintenance programs used to configure and maintain the Customer Service / Dispatch tables.
Setup Shortcuts There are up to eight (8) Shortcut Buttons that can be set up for each module. These buttons are user-specific. Each user can set up his or her own specific shortcuts based upon the program options that are most often used.
Standard File Utilities This option contains all of the maintenance options which allow you to configure the various Customer Service choices to meet your company's specific needs.
