Customer Service / Dispatch File - Standard File Utilities pull-down menu
This option contains all of the maintenance options which allow you to configure the various Customer Service choices to meet your company's specific needs.
Standard Settings There are certain functions that can be automatically performed when adding new shipments. This program option allows you to set up those automatic functions.
Program-Data File Links There are various Data File types that are both Program-controlled and User-Controlled. This option allows you to maintain those Data types.
VanLine Agency File This program option allows you to maintain a list of Agencies for the various VanLines.
Derived Mileage File This program option is used to maintain a local copy of the HHG Tariff Mileages which your company commonly uses.
