This window will display in a List Box the current locations which share the ZipCode entered. There is an option in the IBS SetUp program to install the common ZipCodes for the U.S. and Canada. If you select one of the locations displayed in this window, then the City, State or Province, Zip Code, and County (if applicable) fields will be automatically completed for you on the previous window. This will ensure absolute accuracy in the spelling of the City, State or Province, and County (if applicable).
Note: Since these zip code lookup files were obtained from third-party software companies and Direct Systems is not responsible for the accuracy of the data in these files or for future updates to these files. The data in these files is maintained and updated by the company who distributes each file. Direct Systems will provide you with updates to these files when such updates are made available to us by the distributor of each file. Please note that you can manually add, change, or delete data in the zip code file. Please be aware, however, that we may periodically update this file if/when we receive updates from the company who distributes each of these files. Also, if you are using our Atlas Van Line Registration Program, then you may also automatically update this file with zip code updates downloaded from Atlas. This means that any additions, changes, or deletions which you manually make to either of these zip code files may be overwritten at a later date when this file is automatically updated by Direct Systems or by updates received from Atlas Van Lines.
