Print Setup
This option enables you to select the Default Printer to be used in the various reports. Please note, however, that the printer can be changed to another printer when printing a report. When you select to print a report, a window will open which has several buttons including one named [Select Printer]. Use this [Select Printer] button to select the printer to be used for printing the selected report. Please note that you must press the [Select Printer] button before you press the appropriate button to generate the report.
The printer must be selected before the report has been printed to the Report Preview window. Once it is in the Report Preview window, the printer cannot be changed.
